Dr. Jenna Sage ~

I’m Jenna, an Executive Coach, Speaker, and Author dedicated to helping leaders navigate the emotional complexities of grief, caregiving, and profound life transitions—without losing their clarity, compassion, or capacity to lead.


With a background in leadership development, I hold certifications in executive coaching and behavior analysis, alongside extensive experience working with high-performing professionals and leaders. My lived experience as a full-time caregiver enriches my approach, allowing me to bring both practical tools and deep presence to my work. My coaching and workshops focus on grief-informed leadership, emotional agility, and self-regulation, helping individuals and organizations integrate compassionate leadership into the fabric of their culture.


I believe leadership isn’t about perfection or pushing through pain silently. It’s about showing up fully—with all of your humanity—and leading with courage, authenticity, and resilience through life’s hardest seasons.
