With a background in leadership development, I hold certifications in executive coaching and behavior analysis, alongside extensive experience working with high-performing professionals and leaders. My lived experience as a full-time caregiver enriches my approach, allowing me to bring both practical tools and deep presence to my work. My coaching and workshops focus on grief-informed leadership, emotional agility, and self-regulation, helping individuals and organizations integrate compassionate leadership into the fabric of their culture.

My journey into executive coaching and grief-informed leadership began in the most personal way—as a full-time caregiver for a loved one facing a life-altering illness.
