I talk about Death, Dying, Grief, Loss, and Caregiving...
Because no one else is.
As an executive coach, I help leaders navigate the complex emotional terrain of grief, caregiving, and personal upheaval without losing their capacity to lead. My coaching blends deep presence, practical tools, and emotional agility to support sustainable growth through life’s hardest seasons. Together, we create space for clarity, resilience, and leadership rooted in authenticity—not performance.
I design and facilitate customized workshops that help leaders and teams integrate grief-informed resilience and emotional agility into their daily work. Each session combines experiential learning, reflective practices, and actionable tools to foster compassionate leadership and sustainable well-being. These workshops create a safe space for honest conversation, growth, and renewed connection—both personally and professionally.
I deliver keynotes and talks that explore grief, resilience, and growth as essential elements of leadership in today’s complex world. My presentations combine personal stories, research-backed insights, and practical strategies to engage audiences and inspire meaningful change. Whether addressing executives, teams, or conferences, I create space for vulnerability and strength to coexist in leadership.
I partner with organizations to create and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and peer-led communities focused on caregiving, grief, and the realities of the sandwich generation. These groups often serve as lifelines for employees navigating the emotional complexity of loss, eldercare, and long-term illness while still showing up at work. Whether launching a new group, training internal champions, or co-facilitating brave conversations, I help organizations acknowledge what’s hard, hold space with compassion, and build cultures that don’t ignore humanity in the name of productivity.
When life hits hard—through loss, caregiving, or major transitions—how do leaders keep showing up with clarity, compassion, and strength?
